Article 1 – General

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, activities, agreements and deliveries of services or products by or on behalf of Hekwerk Industrie Sneek B.V., located at Edisonstraat 10, 8606 JJ Sneek, Chamber of Commerce: 76530116.

Deviations from these terms are only binding if agreed upon in writing.

Article 2 – Offers and quotations

All quotations from Hekwerk Industrie Sneek are without obligation, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Quotations are valid for 30 days, unless indicated otherwise.

Prices in quotations are exclusive of VAT and other government levies, unless stated otherwise.

Article 3 – Formation of the agreement

An agreement is formed after written or verbal acceptance by the customer of a quotation from Hekwerk Industrie Sneek, or as soon as Hekwerk Industrie Sneek has begun execution with the customer’s consent.

Article 4 – Delivery and execution

Delivery takes place at a time agreed upon by the parties.

Exceeding a delivery period does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.

Article 5 – Payment

Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

For larger projects or amounts, a 50% deposit may be required.

If payment is not made on time, the customer is automatically in default and Hekwerk Industrie Sneek is entitled to charge statutory interest and collection costs.

Article 6 – Liability

Hekwerk Industrie Sneek is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits.

All liability is limited to the amount paid out under the applicable liability insurance in the relevant case, plus the policy excess.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

No standard right of withdrawal applies to consumers, as products and services are custom-made and tailored in consultation.

Article 8 – Complaints

Complaints must be reported in writing within a reasonable time after discovery via sales@hisgates.com or by phone at 0515-443713.

We aim to respond substantively within two working days.

Article 9 – Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, Hekwerk Industrie Sneek is entitled to suspend or terminate the agreement without being liable for damages.

Article 10 – Applicable law and competent court

All agreements between Hekwerk Industrie Sneek and the customer are governed by Dutch law.
