The sturdy frame of the Mikado sliding gate is made of 60 × 60 mm steel profiles with a 120 × 120 mm bottom beam that incorporates the rail profile. The bars (Ø 25 mm) are firmly welded between the horizontal beams and cut straight. The maximum bar spacing is 140 mm center-to-center and varies to create a playful visual effect. The gate rolls smoothly on two tilting wheel sets, each with nine ball-bearing rollers. For silent guidance, rubber upper guide wheels (Ø 40 mm) are used.
