Solid Engineering, LOW MAINTENANCE Operation
The gate is built from a sturdy 60 × 60 mm steel frame with a profiled 120 × 220 mm bottom beam fitted with a welded C-profile. Inside this profile, two tilting wheel sets slide, each equipped with eight sealed ball-bearing wheels with dust- and water-proof bearings. This construction makes the gate resistant to dirt accumulation and frost.
The top of the gate is guided laterally by rubber upper guide wheels mounted on the drive portal. These provide quiet and stable operation in all weather conditions.
HIS sliding gates come standard with a solid steel frame (60 × 60 mm) and a robust bottom beam (120 × 220 mm) with an integrated C-profile. The bars are standard Ø 25 mm and welded center-to-center for maximum strength and security. The cantilevered system requires no ground rail, ensuring smooth operation even with dirt, leaves, or snow. The portals are made from strong 80 × 80 mm steel profiles, giving the gate extra stability. Drive-through widths up to 10 meters are possible without diagonal support rods.

The standard version is hot-dip galvanized in accordance with NEN-EN-ISO 1461, but your fence can also be coated in any desired Cat. 1 RAL color at no additional cost.
