Met de HIS Dubbelstaaf dubbele draaipoort creëer je een robuuste en betrouwbare toegang tot elk terrein. Deze poort combineert het sterke karakter van dubbelstaafmat met de functionele voordelen van een dubbele doorgang. Ideaal voor industrieterreinen, parkeervoorzieningen, scholen en andere locaties waar dagelijks intensief gebruik wordt gemaakt van toegangspoorten.

Stijlvolle toegang met een exclusieve uitstraling​

De poort is opgebouwd uit een stalen frame waarin dubbelstaafmat 8/6/8 met een maaswijdte van 50×200 mm stevig is ingelast. Dankzij deze constructie biedt de poort een hoge mate van inbraakwerendheid en vandalismebestendigheid. Vanaf een poorthoogte van 1400 mm wordt standaard een scherpe puntenkam van 35 mm toegevoegd aan de bovenzijde, wat ongewenste toegang bemoeilijkt. Beide vleugels zijn voorzien van inwendige grondgrendels, terwijl de sluitvleugel standaard een extra aangelaste grondgrendelbeugel bevat een slimme bescherming tegen openbreken. Gaasaansluitingen zijn optioneel en kosteloos beschikbaar bij opgave vooraf.

Techniek die staat als een huis

De poortvleugels zijn opgebouwd uit een stevig stalen kokerprofiel en voorzien van dubbelstaafmat (Ø 8/6/8 mm) met een hart-op-hart maasafstand van 50×200 mm. De vleugelhoogte ligt altijd net onder de poorthoogte, met circa 50 mm grondspeling. De staanders zijn uitgevoerd in kokerprofiel en 800 mm verlengd voor plaatsing in de grond, wat zorgt voor maximale stevigheid. Beide vleugels worden gemonteerd met hoogwaardige Locinox 180° scharnieren die vierdimensionaal regelbaar zijn. Het slot is een solide Locinox opbouwslot, voorzien van een secura slotvanger voor veilige vergrendeling.

De standaard uitvoering is thermisch verzinkt conform NEN-EN-ISO 1461, maar jouw hekwerk kan ook gecoat worden in elke gewenste Cat. 1 RAL-kleur zonder meerprijs. Hierdoor past het naadloos in elke omgeving. Of je nu gaat voor strak zwart, industrieel antraciet of een andere tint, de afwerking is duurzaam en onderhoudsarm.

CE-markering veiligheid Voorop​

De poorten van HIS Gates voldoen aan alle Europese veiligheidsnormen en zijn daarom voorzien van een CEmarkering. Draaipoorten vallen onder de machine richtlijn MD2006/42EC, NEN-EN1324 en NEN-EN12453 die zorgen ervoor dat eventuele gevaren beveiligd zijn. Om ongelukken te voorkomen voldoen onze poorten aan de strengste veiligheidsnormen en zijn voorzien van de meest betrouwbare veiligheidscomponenten, waarmee de CEmarkering bewijst dat u een veilig product heeft aangeschaft.

Voor wie comfort en controle wenst, zijn onze poorten ook leverbaar in een elektrisch aangedreven variant. Ideaal voor automatische toegang tot bedrijventerreinen, woningen of parkeerterreinen.
