Stilvoller Zugang mit exklusivem Erscheinungsbild

Das HIS D Tor wurde mit Blick für Details und Sicherheit entwickelt. Die durchgesteckten Stäbe Ø 25 mm sind fest in den Stahlrahmen des Tores eingeschweißt, wobei ab einer Torhöhe von 1500 mm die Oberseite standardmäßig scharf in 45°-Winkel geschnitten ist. Dies macht das Tor besonders schwer zu erklimmen, ohne die elegante Gestaltung zu beeinträchtigen.

Technik, die hält, was sie verspricht

Der Torrahmen besteht aus einem stabilen Stahlrohrprofil und ist mit durchgesteckten Stäben Ø 25 mm versehen, mit einem Standardabstand von 150 mm von Mitte zu Mitte. Die Flügelhöhe ist etwas niedriger als die Torhöhe, was einen Bodenabstand von etwa 50 mm ergibt. Ab einer Höhe von 1500 mm werden die Stäbe standardmäßig schräg und scharf geschnitten, um zusätzliche Sicherheit zu gewährleisten.

Die Torpfosten werden 800 mm verlängert geliefert, sodass sie tief im Boden verankert werden können, um maximale Stabilität zu erreichen. Die Locinox-Scharniere sind um 180° drehbar und vierdimensional einstellbar, wodurch das Tor stets perfekt ausgerichtet werden kann. Als Verschlussmechanismus kommt ein robustes Locinox Aufsatzschloss mit Secura-Schlossfänger zum Einsatz, das für eine zuverlässige und sichere Verriegelung sorgt.

Beide Flügel mit innenliegendem Bodenriegel. Torflügel mit Schlosskasten standardmäßig mit angeschweißtem Bodenriegelbügel gegen Aufhebeln ausgestattet.

RAL-Kategorie-1-Beschichtung

bei HIS Gates ohne Aufpreis

Die Standardausführung ist feuerverzinkt gemäß NEN-EN-ISO 1461. Ihr Zaun kann ohne Aufpreis in jeder gewünschten RAL-Farbe der Kategorie 1 beschichtet werden. So fügt er sich nahtlos in jede Umgebung ein. Ob elegantes Schwarz, industrielles Anthrazit oder ein anderer Farbton, die Oberfläche ist langlebig und pflegeleicht.

CE-Kennzeichnung für Sicherheit an erster Stelle

Die Tore von HIS Gates erfüllen alle europäischen Sicherheitsnormen und sind daher mit einer CE-Kennzeichnung versehen. Drehtore fallen unter die Maschinenrichtlinie MD2006/42EC, NEN-EN1324 und NEN-EN12453, die sicherstellen, dass mögliche Gefahren abgesichert sind.

Um Unfälle zu vermeiden, entsprechen unsere Tore den strengsten Sicherheitsanforderungen und sind mit den zuverlässigsten Sicherheitskomponenten ausgestattet. Die CE-Kennzeichnung bestätigt, dass Sie ein sicheres Produkt erworben haben.
