Solider Zugang mit maximaler Sicherheit

Mit seinem stabilen Stahlrahmen und den vertikalen Stäben ist das HIS Doppelflügeltor nicht nur schwer aufzubrechen, sondern auch schwer zu erklimmen. Ab einer Torhöhe von 1500 mm ist die Oberseite standardmäßig mit einem scharfen Spitzenkamm von 35 mm versehen, der die Sicherheit erheblich erhöht.

Technik, die hält, was sie verspricht

Das HIS Doppelflügeltor besteht aus einem robusten Stahlrohrprofil, wobei die Torfüllung aus runden Stäben Ø 25 mm gefertigt ist. Optional sind dickere Stäbe Ø 30 mm oder quadratische Profile 25 x 25 mm bzw. 30 x 30 mm verfügbar. Ab einer Torhöhe von 1500 mm wird standardmäßig ein scharfer Stahlspitzenkamm angebracht, der das Überklettern erschwert.

Die Verschlussmechanik besteht aus einem soliden Zylinderschloss von Locinox mit Edelstahlinnenmechanik, einem Tages- und Riegelschloss und wird mit drei Schlüsseln geliefert. Die Torflügel drehen sich geschmeidig auf verstellbaren 180°-Scharniere, die vierdimensional einstellbar sind.

Torrahmen

Verkleidet mit eingeschweißten Stäben Ø 25 mm, Abstand von Mitte zu Mitte 150 mm.

Spitzen

Ab einer Torhöhe von 1500 mm standardmäßig scharfer Spitzenkamm 35 mm an der Oberseite.

Scharniere

M20/M24 Einsteckscharnier oder Locinox 180° drehbar, vierdimensional einstellbar.

Bodenriegel

Beide Flügel mit innenliegendem Bodenriegel. Der Torflügel mit Schlosskasten ist standardmäßig mit angeschweißtem Bodenriegelbügel gegen Aufhebeln ausgestattet.

Torhöhe minus 50 mm Bodenfreiheit.

RAL-Kategorie-1-Beschichtung

bei HIS Gates ohne Aufpreis

Die Standardausführung ist feuerverzinkt gemäß NEN-EN-ISO 1461. Ihr Zaun kann ohne Aufpreis in jeder gewünschten RAL-Farbe der Kategorie 1 beschichtet werden. So fügt er sich nahtlos in jede Umgebung ein. Ob elegantes Schwarz, industrielles Anthrazit oder ein anderer Farbton, die Oberfläche ist langlebig und pflegeleicht.

CE-Kennzeichnung für Sicherheit an erster Stelle

Die Tore von HIS Gates erfüllen alle europäischen Sicherheitsnormen und sind daher mit einer CE-Kennzeichnung versehen. Drehtore fallen unter die Maschinenrichtlinie MD2006/42EC, NEN-EN1324 und NEN-EN12453, die sicherstellen, dass mögliche Gefahren abgesichert sind.

Um Unfälle zu vermeiden, entsprechen unsere Tore den strengsten Sicherheitsanforderungen und sind mit den zuverlässigsten Sicherheitskomponenten ausgestattet. Die CE-Kennzeichnung bestätigt, dass Sie ein sicheres Produkt erworben haben.
